Jennifer Lynn Slocum

Age 48, of Penn Yan, NY, passed away February 20, 2023.

She is survived by her mother Joyce Slocum; sisters and brother, Joan (Ronald) Barkley of Canandaigua, Virginia Slocum Colf of Keuka Park, and George C. (Denise) Slocum of Penn Yan; and five nieces and two nephews; and three great-nieces and four great-nephews; and her beloved cat, and center of her world, Max.  She was predeceased by her father, George T Slocum.

Jennifer enjoyed flowers, gardening, crocheting and collecting life-like dolls.  She graduated from Penn Yan Academy Class of 1992 and later graduated from Keuka College.  She had previously worked as an accountant for David T. Hansen CPA in Penn Yan. 

The family will receive family and friends at the First Baptist Church, 224 Main St., Penn Yan on Friday (March 3rd) from 12pm-1pm; followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm; burial at Shuman Cemetery in Potter.
