Gary Raymond Dupra

Age 68, of Penn Yan, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, after a two year battle with cancer. He fought long and hard with dignity and grace.

He was a 42 year resident of Keuka Lake. Gary was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in Spencerport NY, where he graduated from Spencerport High School. He attended some Vocational school and worked as a carpenter, and then worked as a Roll Coater at Eastman Kodak Company for 42 years. Gary was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping in the Adirondacks, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and especially living on Keuka Lake. His love for the outdoors started when he was younger and also achieved his Eagle Scout. He also built our home, and had a love for music, playing his horn and piano. Most of all, Gary was a thoughtful, kind and compassionate man, who loved his family fiercely and lived a life of integrity and strong faith.

Gary was predeceased by his parents Lillian Blum Dupra and Noel F Dupra Of Spencerport. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Dupra, son Jonathan (Kim) Dupra of Norfolk Virginia, brother David (Barbara) Dupra Of Chili, NY, sister Kathleen (Frank) Bertolino Of Spencerport. Four grandchildren, Garrett, Bode, Tenee, and Brecken Dupra of Norfolk Virginia, and many other loving family members.
