Donald E. Moran Penn Yan-Donald E. Moran, passed away, Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020 at his home. Don was born on April 26, 1975 to Loyd and Diana Hall Moran. He spent his life putting others first. He was always willing to give you the shirt off his back. Don only believed the best in people even when given reasons not to. He loved animals and being outdoors. Don is survived by his wife, Jodi Henderson Moran, his mother; Diana Parmelee, sons, Joshua Oswald, Tyler Travis and Tucker Parmelee; his daughter, Courtney Kenyon; 1 granddaughter, 1 sister; Lauren Moran and a brother Paul Scowcroft. Don was predeceased by his father Loyd Moran. Memorial Contributions in Don’s name can be made to the Humane Society of Yates County, 1216 Route 14a, Penn Yan, NY 14527. The family is being assisted by the Weldon Funeral Home of Penn Yan.
