Age 21, of Penn Yan, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 29, 2022. 

The family will receive friends at the Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St., Penn Yan on Saturday (Feb. 26^th) from 2pm-3pm; followed by a memorial service at 3:00pm.  A reception will be announced. 

Brandy was born on July 9, 2000 with severe Cerebral Palsy.  Even though she suffered terribly, her smile, laughter, and jokes, shined through every day of her life.  She was a girly-girl, who loved unicorns, country music and everything pretty.  She was also an avid collector of Bennie-Babies.  She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her grandmother and devoted care-giver, Paula Rugg; grandfather and caregiver, Ray McCloud Jr; mother and step-father, Crystal Fleischman and Ben Northrup of Pultney, NY; father William “Billy” Williams of Addison; brothers and sister, Tyler Williams of Dundee, Rockey Williams of Addison, and Miranda Williams of Penn Yan; loving aunts and caregiver, Niki (Kurt) Shay, niece and nephew, Lexi and Ben Northrup; second-cousins whom she adore, Brantley, Dani, and Ethan; namesake Kinsley RaeLynn, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to the United Cerebral Palsy (donations may be made online (www.UpstateCP.org/ways-to-give/donate).
