 Age 69, of Penn Yan, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2024.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Randy Schroeder; children, Emily Bush, and Michael (Jenelle) Schroeder; brother Ronald (Annette) Waugh; sisters, Judy Gilmartin and Barbara Loucks; and brother-in-law, Erving (Laurie) Schroeder, all of Penn Yan.  She is also survived by two grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Mason and Lia Bush.  

Bonnie was born in Penn Yan on February 24, 1955, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Marian (Tobey) Waugh.  She graduated from Penn Yan Academy in 1973.  She worked at Pennsylvania House in Penn Yan, building furniture for many years.  After the company closed, she baby sat the neighbor children.   

The family will receive friends at the Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St., Penn Yan on Monday (March 18^th) from 5pm-7pm; followed by a memorial service celebrating her life at 7pm.

She loved her flowers, cats, and especially her grandkids!  Memorial donations in her memory may be made to The Humane Society of Yates County, PO Box 12, Penn Yan, NY 14527.
