James T. Loch Jr of Penn Yan passed away Sunday January 22nd at soldiers & Salors Hospital. Calling hours for James will be held Friday January 27th from 2-4 at Weldon Fueral Home where funeral services will be on saturday January 28th at 11am. Burial will be in Second Milo Cemetery memorial donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity.
