Cynthia Wheeler Chapman passed away peacefully at home May 7,2012 surrounded by her loving family. Calling hours will be held from 10 to twelve on Saturday May 12th immediately followed by a celebration of Cindy's life at noon. Memorial donations may be made to FLACRA 28 E.
