Cynthia L. Garcia 58 of liberty street Penn Yan passed away at home on Monday September 24th. A memorial mass will be held Saturday September 29th at 10am at St Michael's Catholic Church with an Irish wake to follow services. memorila donations may be made to Catholic Charities Community Service.
