Rachel A. Fingar 82 of Skyline Drive passed away at the Penn Yan Manor on Saturday October 6th. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday October 10th from 11-1pm where funeral services will be at 1pm memorial donations may be made to Bluff Point United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
