Chester H. Anderson 78 of Penn Yan passed away Friday November 30th at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital. Calling hours and funeral services will be held on Monday December 3rd from 10- 12noon with services at noon, memorial donations may be made to the Humane society of Yates County 1216 Route 14 A penn Yan, New York 14527.
