Richard D. LaRock 64 of Penn Yan passed away at Arnot Ogden Hospital on Friday January 10th. Calling hours will be heln on Tuesday January 14th from 5-7 pm with family remenbrances at 7 pm.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to either the American Lung Association or the Fingerlakes Ambuolance Service.
