Victor Kjar 95 of Waterloo passed away at Geneva Hospital on Saturday January 11th. Calling hours will be held on Thursday January 16th from 11-1pm with funeral services at 1 pm followed by burial in Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church Waterloo NY or the Dresden United Methodist Church First Aid Closet.
