Elsie E. Briggs 81 of Dundee passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital on Tuesday February 4, 2014. Calling hours will be held on saturday February 8th from 2-4 pm with funeral services at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dundee Ambulance Corp or a charity of one's choice.
