Joseph D. Owen 64 of Penn Yan passed away on Wednesday December 17th at Keuka Comfort Care. Calling hours will be held Monday December 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 Funeral will be held on Tuesday december 23rd at 10 am followed by burial with military honors in St Michael's Cemetery memorialdonations may be made to The Humane Society of Yates County PO Box 12, 1216 Rt 14A, Penn Yan, NEw York 14527.
