Richard P. Lerch 78 of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday March 17th at Keuka Comfort Care Home. Calling hours will be held on Saturday March 21st from 11-1 PM with Funeral Services at 1PM followed by burial in Lakeview Cemetery memorial donation may be made to Kueka Comfort Care, Soldiers & Sailors Hospital or Clifton Springs Hospital.
