Edward C. Smith 77 of Penn Yan formerly of Corning and Painted Post passed away on Saturday October 17th in Florida. Calling hours will held on Monday October 27th from 10-12 noon with funeral services to start at 12 all at the United Methodist Church Penn Yan followed by burial in Lakeview Cemetery with military honors.
