Norbert P.(Nubbie) Thompson 86 of Penn Yan passed away on Sunday November 1st at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital with family and friends by his side. Calling hours will be held on Friday November 13th from 7-9 at Weldon Funeral Home mass for Nubbie will be on saturday November 14th at 10 am at St Michael's Church followed by burial in St Michael's Cemetery memorial donations may be made to either St Michael's School 210 Keuka Street Penn Yan NY 14527 or the Humane Society of Yates County 1216 Rt 14A Penn Yan NY 14527.
