Thelma Lela Housel 87 of Penn Yan passed away on Friday January 22nd. Calling hours will be held on Saturday January 30th fro 12-3 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 3Pm all at Weldon Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Ontario Yates Hospice 756 Pre Emption road Geneva, NY, 14456.
