Richard C. (Chip) Gardner 76 of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday March 1st at Geneva General Hospital. Calling hours will be held on Saturday March 5th from 12-2 PM with Funeral Services at 2 PM all at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
