Charles O. Robinson 92 of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday March 22 at Keuka Comfort Care Home. Calling hours and funeral services will be held on Monday March 28th from 9-11 AM with services at 11 AM followed by Burial in Woodlawn National Cemetery Elmira NY.
