Roxanne Marie Slater passed away at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital on Friday June 10th. A memorial service will be held on Thursday June 16th at 11 am at the Penn Yan Bible Church, memorial donations may be made to either the Penn Yan Public Library or the Penn Yan Bible Church.
