Deborah M. Nelson 64 of Penn Yan passed away peacefully at home on Sunday August 14th. There are no prior calling hours a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday August 17th at the Dresden United Methodist Church at 6 PM. Memorialdonations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Humane Society of Yates County PO Box 12 1216 Rt 14A Penn Yan, NY 14527.
