Joan Swarthout Robinson 84 of Penn Yan passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital on Tuesday September 13th. Calling hours will be observed on Thursday September 15th from 2-4 and 6-8 at the funeral home. Mass will be held on Friday September 16th at 2:30 at St Michael's Church followed by burial in St Michael's Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to either St Michael's School or Penn Yan Ambulance Corp.
