Debra A. Irwin 64 of Penn Yan passed away unexpectedly at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital on Monday March 6th. Calling hours will be held on Saturday March 11th from 11-1 pm with funeral services for Debra at 1 pm all at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to either the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
