Charles R. Northrup passed away at Geneva General Hospital after a short illness. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday Julyy 11th from 6-8 where funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 122th at 10am followed by burial with military honors in Mount Hope Cemetery Rochester.
